TRAINING COURSE OVERVIEW
This ten-day training programme forms part of the QCTO Facilities Manager qualification and is focused on building an understanding of the principles of building business resilience and containing business risk.
Due to the volume and intensity of this module, the programme has been divided into two phases of two 5-day modules over a period of 3 months. This will enable delegates to implement phase one outcomes-based learning principles and complete the required formative and summative assessments that form part of the Portfolio of Evidence in s staged approach.
Upon successful completion the delegate will be able to:
- Describe and discuss the elements of risk management
- Discuss the implications, processes and procedures and importance of corporate compliance in a facilities management environment
- Describe and discuss budgetary control processes and the elements and principles of financial reports
- Describe and discuss the considerations, utilisation, and importance of engaging with information technology
- Describe principles for promoting and the impact of environmental impact management

COVID-19 OHS COMPLIANCE
All venues used for the facilitated training format have been inspected and are compliance with COVID-19 Government and Hospitality Industry Standards.
Delegates are responsible to provide their own cloth face mask and wear it for the duration of the training programme.
A Health and Safety Induction will be done at the beginning of the training and enforced throughout the contact days.
