The blended online training format comprises of 2-hour contact sessions with a facilitator via an online platform and a self-study component over a 3-day period.
Delegates will be required to submit a Portfolio of Evidence consisting of their formative and summative assessments.
In order to attend this training format, delegates must have access to a laptop/desktop and secure internet connection as well as the committed time they will require to complete the outcomes-based training outcomes.

TRAINING COURSE OVERVIEW
The Customer Management learning programme forms part as an elective course of the National Certificate: Generic Management. The purpose of the qualification is to enable first-line managers to develop competence in a range of knowledge, skills, attributes, and values.
This accredited qualification is ideal for junior to middle facilities management staff who want to gain insights and tools to identify and manage conflict. The conflict in question could be with and/or between employees within the facilities team, or between the facilities manager and their suppliers.
This ‘Conflict Management’ course can either be completed as a stand-alone course or as an additional, elective unit standard as part of the ‘Generic Management qualification’.
Upon completion delegates are required to submit their formative and summative assessments, Services SETA, the quality-assuring body, will register the delegate’s results on the National Learners’ Records Database, these results remain a lifelong achievement for all delegates to further their careers.
Delegates will gain knowledge and understand the practical application of:
- Interpret and manage conflict within the workplace
- Identify the types of conflict
- Apply the correct method to manage conflict

All venues used for the facilitated training format have been inspected and are compliance with COVID-19 Government and Hospitality Industry Standards.
Delegates are responsible to provide their own cloth face mask and wear it for the duration of the training programme.
A Health and Safety Induction will be done at the beginning of the training and enforced throughout the contact days.
